		<description>My experience of work is that either there is too much to do (whether programming, electronics, assembly line, whatever) so you have to work late or there is absolutely nothing to do. As far as I am concerned, the time management or, more accurately, scheduling problems come from higher up the command chain. I realize the world isn&#039;t perfect and things don&#039;t run smoothly, but jeepers ... every single time?</description>
